Reminders For Tomorrow

Wake up before you get up
or if there isn’t enough time
just wake up.

After you screw your head
on right your face
should be looking forward.

Give thanks
for something real –
or merely hoped for.

Don’t forget
to forget something
that is no longer necessary.

Look for someone
who is not being seen
and say hello.

Pause for five minutes
to honor your pain
before the next distraction.

Eat your vegetables.
