Phil was like the big brother [not had] who you ached to be with. Just hang with him, listening for this or that pearl of wisdom. He’d smile then suddenly you or I were under his intense gaze & questioning! Time to think fast and speak up, nowhere to hide. Time to get to work on the discipline or strategy we’d been taking about.
