You are not #woke when you reject Christianity in order to escape white supremacy. You are demonstrating just how captive you are to its fundamental belief that God and Jesus and Christianity (and Santa) are White. None of them are (and Santa isn’t real).
Christianity is NOT White man’s religion. It was highjacked and reinterpreted by white men whose nations traded slaves. These men’s theologies did not prevent their nations from colonizing/financing colonization and centuries of global slave trade. #LiberatingEvangelicalism

Radical Discipleship 
Whatever trips your trolley, but I didn’t walk away from christianity when I was 10 because I was woke. I walked away because it didn’t stand up to logical thinking. As an adult, I realized the promise of a better life after death and “the meek will inherit the earth” myth, was a perfect way for the people in power to keep marginalized people from revolting.
Thanks for reading and responding, Vicky. There’s certainly a lot of reasons why folks exit Christian faith–some better than others. I think Harper is specifically critiquing younger white folks who are trending post-Christian because they believe it is inherently colonizing and perhaps is erasing their woke cred in community organizing circles on the Left. Harper is responding to a particular tension that we often find ourselves in. Many readers of RadicalDiscipleship.Net lament that they are too theologically Christian for most radical “activist” spaces and too politically radical for most Christian spaces.
